Overview
A high-octane spin-off of the film Kill Boksoon, Mantis follows an elite A-class assassin known as 'Mantis' who returns to the contract killing industry after a long hiatus. He discovers that the order established by MK Enterprise has collapsed following the death of its chairman, leading to a lawless world of unsanctioned hits. Mantis attempts to build a new life with his rival and childhood friend Jae-yi, but is drawn back into the violence when his former teacher, the legendary killer Dokgo, returns to reclaim power. The film features stylized action sequences and explores the complex power dynamics and personal rivalries within a fractured world of professional killers.
