The picture
Set in a rural village in Telangana, the film follows the aftermath of the sudden death of Gajula Komurayya, the elderly patriarch of a large family. As the family gathers to perform the complex eleven-day funeral rituals, long-buried grievances and petty disputes between the children resurface. The narrative focuses on Sayilu, the grandson, who is desperately trying to clear his debts through an arranged marriage, while the family struggles to maintain tradition amidst their internal conflicts and the symbolic act of feeding the crows.
