Homeward Bound

Jeong-ha, a high school teacher in the quiet town of Chuncheon, lives a peaceful life that is suddenly disrupted by the arrival of her son, Jin-woo, who has been studying in Canada. To her surprise, he brings along his girlfriend, Jennie, and soon after, Jennie’s parents also descend upon her home. As an uncomfortable cohabitation begins, the house becomes a pressure cooker of hidden secrets and delicate family dynamics. The film explores the complexities of motherhood and hidden relationships as Jeong-ha struggles to maintain control while confronting her own past and the evolving lives of those around her in this poignant family drama.
