Inspired by the true events of the 2019 Pulwama terrorist attack and the subsequent Balakot Air Strikes, the film follows Wing Commander Arjun Dev, also known by his call sign 'Rudra'. Rudra is a daring pilot who is haunted by the loss of his friend in a previous mission. When India faces a major security threat, Rudra and his team, supported by radar controller Sonal Chauhan, must execute a high-risk aerial retaliatory strike deep into enemy territory. The movie explores the bravery of the Indian Air Force, the technical complexities of modern aerial warfare, and the personal sacrifices made by soldiers and their families during times of national crisis.
