The money says flop. What do you say?
Set in the 1940s and 50s in the Telangana region, Rudrangi is a powerful period drama that explores the brutal exploitation of villagers by feudal lords known as Doras. Bheem Rao Deshmukh is a sadistic and tyrannical landlord who treats the local population as his personal property. The story follows the rise of Mallesh, a brave man who dares to stand up against the Deshmukh's oppression. Amidst the struggle for social justice and land rights, the film also delves into the internal power struggles within the Deshmukh's household involving his wives, Jwala Mai and Meera Bhai. It is a cinematic depiction of the rebellion against the 'Gadi' system and the ultimate fight for human dignity and freedom.
