The picture
Balaraju is a flamboyant and aimless youth in a village who is obsessed with his appearance and 'bootcut' trousers. He falls in love with a girl who challenges him to achieve something meaningful in life. Driven by love, he enters local politics and tries to reform his village, leading to both comic and serious consequences.
