The picture
Gautham is a successful tattoo artist who falls in love with Mahi and gets married. In a radical departure from societal norms and traditional gender roles, Gautham decides to bear their child himself through a experimental medical procedure because Mahi has health risks that make pregnancy dangerous for her. The story follows the intense physical and emotional challenges he faces during the gestation, the ridicule and confusion from society, and the ultimate message about the sacrifices required for parenthood.
