Mr. Housekeeping

In this romantic comedy, Honest Raj is a man struggling with low self-esteem after a humiliating college rejection by his crush, Isai. Four years later, still single and desperate for a job to settle a debt, he unintentionally accepts a housekeeping position at a luxury villa. To his shock, he discovers the villa belongs to Isai, who is now a successful professional. Isai, still remembering their awkward past, decides to test and humiliate him through various housekeeping tasks overseen by her maid, Jothi. However, as Honest performs his duties with sincerity despite the embarrassment, the dynamics between the two begin to shift. The film explores contemporary trends in relationships, the importance of consent, and how a battle of wits can lead to genuine personal growth and unexpected romantic sparks.
