The picture
Neelakanta is a respected and influential man in his village who loves his two daughters more than anything. When his elder daughter elopes with a man named Errababu, a devastated Neelakanta kidnaps Errababu's friends from the city to track them down. Among the kidnapped is Krishna, a carefree youth. While being held captive, Krishna falls in love with Neelakanta's younger daughter, Meena. The film explores the psychological battle between a father's protective instincts and the freedom of youth, questioning whether love should be controlled or allowed to run its own course.
