Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1

Set in the Seshachalam forests of Andhra Pradesh, the story follows Pushpa Raj, a coolie who works in the illegal trade of red sandalwood—a rare and precious wood. Despite his humble beginnings and the stigma of his illegitimacy, Pushpa’s sheer audacity and sharp wit allow him to rise quickly through the ranks of the smuggling syndicate. As he transitions from a worker to a kingpin, he outsmarts rival smugglers and corrupt officials. However, his ascent is challenged by the arrival of a ruthless and egoistic police officer, Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, setting the stage for a high-stakes confrontation.
