Overview

Set in 2003 in Vellore, the story follows Armed Reserve police constable Kathiravan, who is assigned to a high-risk team escorting a notorious criminal on a public bus. When the bus is ambushed by the criminal's armed associates using chemical irritants, Kathiravan heroically retaliates with gunfire, resulting in the deaths of the attackers. However, the aftermath leads to a complex legal and moral struggle as Kathiravan must navigate a system that questions his actions. The narrative transitions into a gripping courtroom drama where truth and institutional pressure collide, ultimately exploring the weight of duty and the quest for true justice.
